Today iI woke up at 5.:30 in the morning .Then I took 15 minutes to freshen myself.

After that i took a bath and ate my breakfast.

It was 8.00 Am so, I started to study where I had completed my daily session of learning English on the Duolingo app.

This isn’t clear: “…I started to study where I had completed my daily session…”
Do you mean, “I started to study from where I had last completed my daily session of…”

Then I learnt some new English words and used them in a sentence.

After that I started doing some Java problem s.

Or you could say, “…I started doing a Java problem.”

Then I prepared my Llunch.

At 1 pm I ate my Llunch.

Day 2

Today i, I woke up at 5.30 in the morning . Then I took 15 minutes to freshen myselfup.

This use of "freshen" is usually "freshen up". You can say "I took 15 minutes to freshen myself up" but the "myself" is redundant here so it sounds more natural to exclude it.

After that iI took a bath and ate my breakfast.

It was 8.00 AmM so, I started to study (from where I had completed) my daily session of learning English on the Duolingo app.

"AM" or "am", never "Am". "AM" will usually have a space before it, while "am" will usually not.

"from where I had completed" would imply you did your daily session of English on the duolingo app previously and you started on the _next_ lesson after that.

If that's not what you meant, I would leave "where I had completed" out altogether.

Seperately, you don't need "session of _learning_ English". That's because the "study" earlier in the sentence already implies learning.

Then I learnted some new English words and used them in a sentence.

Just a heads up "learnt" is British English, and even there it's getting slowly replaced by American English "learned" I feel.

After that I started doing some Java problem s.

AtBy 11 Aam I had completed my daily session of Java.

"at 11am" gives the feeling of "exactly at 11am and not some other time". Like if you had a 1 minute long Java practice session. While your session of Java was completed at 11am, and it was still completed later than 11am, and it was started earlier than 11am, so it's more natural to use "by 11am" to indicate that the daily session of Java happened in the time leading up to 11am.

Then I prepared my Llunch.

Since 15 minutes was just mentioned beforehand, it would be natural to add "another" here

It was 8.then 8:00 AmM, so, I started to study where I had ing English on the Duolingo app until I completed my daily session of learning English on the Duolingo app.

This needed to be re-arranged a little bit to be easily understood

Then I learnt some new English words and used them in a sentence.

After that, I started doing some Java problem s.

At 11 AmM, I had completed my daily session of Java exercises/practice.

Then I prepared my Llunch.

At 1 pmPM, I ate my Llunch.
