thanks for your feedback, i will trying my best .

dDay 1

Today iI waoke up at 5.30 o'clock in the morning.

"To wake up" must be used in the past tense here.

Then iI took around 15 min for(utes) to freshen myself , then i have doneI did some physical exercise which takes around 15 min.

"Min" is a commonly used and acceptable shortening of "minutes." Just wanted to be sure that you knew that. "Have done" vs. "did" will be something you will eventually get good at, but for now, know that the difference is that the exercise happened in the past, and is not going to happen again (until tomorrow). You would use "have done" if say, you had just completed it. Because it's a repeated action that you take every morning (I'm assuming), and it's in the past (currently), "did" is the way to go.

After that i, I took a bath and ate the breakfast.

I looked at your profile to see your native language, and I saw that it is Oriya. I looked this up and found that articles, "a," "an," and "the" do not exist in your language. You will eventually master these as well. For this case, "a bath" because there are many baths, I guess? And while it is the only breakfast, we don't use "the." This is confusing. I'm getting kind of confused as to why we are using different articles when we speak than the ones you used. The only way to master it is through exposure. Luckily, that's exactly what you are doing!

Then the time becoame 7.:45, so iI started to study where iI had completed my daily session of learning English on the Duolingo app.

The verb "to become" is unnatural in this context. You would probably use the verb "to be," which would be conjugated as "was" in this context.

tThen iI learnted 5 new English words and used them in thea sentence.

Articles again... you will improve.
"Learnt" is falling out of use, but is correct. (Technically)

After that iI started learning java with the help of YouTube, and at 11 am i haveI completed my daily session of java.

It seems your language only has the past, present, and future tense. No perfect tenses. That makes it harder for you. You will master it. Patience is key.

Then iI made rice and curry for myself.

"I" is always capitalized. We are important as human beings, so we get to capitalize the pronoun we use to refer to ourselves.

At 1pm iI took my lunch and After that iI took a little nap.

Correct article usage here!
"Ate" would also be correct in place of "took" with the lunch. (Not with the nap of course)

I'm glad I checked to see your native language before correcting this. It helped me tremendously in understanding why you struggles with some concepts. I see 2 things that you struggled with, and can only master with practice (which you are doing by using this website):
1: Articles, definite and indefinite.
2: The extra tenses we have.
You will master it with practice, as did all us native English speakers!
