Day 7 Journaling
Hello everyone!
Today I got up early in the morning to do my homework like I did yesterday. I did an essay for the subject of Latin. I didn't want to do this subject but my parents forced me to do it ...
I went to the swimming pool with my family and we had fun. We swam for 2 or 3 hours! Then we went back home and ate lunch at 2 pm... I was hungry :)
After that, I had a call with someone I didn't know on a language-practicing app. We can have a call in our native language for helping people that are learning it, or have a call in our target language. I think it's really important to speak the language we are learning because if we want to be fluent, we have to speak and exercise ourselves to be confident in that language.
Before I went on my laptop for writing this journal, I helped my grandparents for picking up wood in their garden. I helped them because they are old and can be tired really quickly.

I agree with you. "Exercise" here sounds a little strange but I like it because it's so true so I left it alone.

Instead of "exercise," we'd use "push." In the US, we usually say or write something like this, "I think it's really important to speak the language we are learning because if we want to become fluent, we have to speak and push ourselves in order to be confident in that language."
