I didn't do too much today. I think is good to have some rest from time to time. I just worked at my job, and I achieved to spend almost all the day without listening to music. I didn't exercise today, but tomorrow I'm doing it.

Remember the ‘it’; es = it is, try to practise this a bit more as I’ve seen this mistake pop up a few times in your writing.
I just worked at my job, and I achieved to spend almost all thmy goal to pass almost the entire day without listening to music.
This is the most natural way to put it, you don’t need to specify it as a job because it is implied!
I didn't exercise today, but I’ll do it tomorrow. / but I'’m dgoing it.to do it tomorrow.
Present progressive + future setting (tomorrow), or: future tense

It is nice to have chill days once in a while. Good stuff!
I think it's good to have some rest from time to time.
I just finished workeding at my job, and I achieved to spending almost all the day without listening to music.
Because you are using 'spend' after 'achieved', it becomes the object, thus you use the gerund and not the infinitive
I didn't exercise today, but tomorrow I'm doing itI will do it tomorrow.
We only use the present continuous in the future to describe planned actions with someone or somewhere, such as a train schedule, we use the future tense to describe actions that will happen in the future but just haven't happened yet.
And also, adverbs of time (e.g., tomorrow) are put at the end of the sentence

Good attempt :)))
I think it is good to have some resrest a bit from time to time.
You always need a subject with your verb
"rest" is more commonly used as a verb but "to have a rest" is not incorrect
