Today I've read that stick new habits to habits already established is the best way to start a new habit. If you wake up and inmediately brush your teeth, you can stick the habit of meditation to it by meditating five minutes after brushing your teeth for example. I'm going to start the habit of writing a diary entry in my diary every day, I think that journaling could be a great tool to deal with difficult emotions by leaving out of my mind tough thoughts.
