I've read an article about the importance of rewarding ourselves when we accomplish a goal. We learn and improve like any other animal because, after all, we are animals, too. For example, when you try to train a dog to sit down, you need to reward it with food treats in order to make a positive reinforcement when it achieve to sit down.
You can hang out with your friends after finishing a big project or you can listen to your favorite song after have completed your daily habit. We need to reward ourselves after every time we finish a goal. However, after doing it for a time, we won't need to reward ourselves every time and just do it occasionally. I don't know what can I use as a reward, I'm still looking for it. I have heard about people who eat a chocolate after completing their work out routine. Though, I don't like eating too much sweeties. I love listening to music so I think I can use it. I love watching TV series, anime and play some videogames, so they're other options. In my adolescence I had learned that it's ok do not be perfect and that I can improve, I can be better. Everyone can improve and be better. Today was my last day being eighteen, I'm glad that I have learnt some good things the last three years.
Thanks for reading.

Day 36: Reward yourself
I've read an article about the importance of rewarding ourselves when we accomplish a goal.
"I have read" in English is like "I have had the experience of ...", more or less.
* I have seen that move
* I have read ten books in a week
* I have climbed a mountain
But "I read" = "this thing happened", only. It's just saying that you read it. "I read ten books in a week" = just that, it's a fact.
Does that make sense? It's a very subtle point, but your English is so good, maybe it will make sense. :-P
For example, when you try to train a dog to sit down, you need to reward it with food treats in order to make a positive reinforcement when it achieve to sits down.
* "food treats" = ??? :-) "edible treats" is ok. But perhaps "treats" is best.
* "achieve to " is not used. "Achieve" isn't used often, actually. :-)
You can hang out with your friends after finishing a big project or you can listen to your favorite song after have completeding your daily habit.
"after finishing" es el gerundio, entonces debes usar "after completing" por la concordancia. :-) En lugar de eso, también puedes decir "after you have completed" y "after you've completed".
We need to reward ourselves after every time we finish a goal.
However, after doing it for a time, we won't need to reward ourselves every time and just do i, just occasionally.
* no estuve seguro a que refería cuando dijiste " and just do it " -- "it" aquí es la tarea, o el premio? :-)
I have heard about people who eat a chocolate after completing their work out routine.
"workout" o "exercise routine". No creo que haya oído "workout routine", pero tal vez esté bien. :-)
Though, I don't like eating too muchany sweeties.
"Sweeties" = el plural de "sweetie", lo cual significa "cariño" o "mi amor" en inglés. "What's that, sweetie?" = "Como, mi amor?"
I love watching TV series, anime and play someing videogames, so they're other options.
igual que antes.
In my adolescence I had learned that it's ok dto not be perfect and that I can improve, I can be better.
"In my adolescence" suena muy formal, pero es bueno. "When I was a kid" sirve también.
Everyone can improve and be better.
Today was my last day being eighteen, I'm glad that I have learnted some good things the last three years.
Creo que también se usa "learnt" ... :-P

Good job! I agree that reward systems can be useful and they can also be a good motivator. And you don't have to be perfect either, like you said. As long as you improve and continue to get better, that's what counts. Also congratulations on turning nineteen!
