A leader is a person who can lead members in the organization to achieve a common goal. Therefore, we can say that a leader plays a very important role in deciding the success as well the failure of the organization. So what defines a true leader?
I assume that the conditions for a leader are leadership skills and promotion skills. First, leadership skills include abilities that guide and encourage a group of people toward achieving set of goals. To do this, they need to manage people well, try their best to find talents, and develop their abilities.
