There is a lot of people who say that learn a new language with Duolingo is the worst idea that you can have. However I don't think that's true, I think that the aim of Duolingo is to teach you the grammar and how to read in your target language in a funnier way, which are essential abilities as a beginner. However, you shouldn't use Duolingo as you only resource to learn your target language. If you want to learn expressions you should immerse in the language and if you want a more deeper grammar explanation you should read a grammar book.

"Funny" is used for jokes and humor.
"Fun" is used for things that are interesting and enjoyable.
funny -> funnier
fun -> funner
However, you shouldn't use Duolingo as you only resource to learn your target language.
If you want to learn expressions, you should immerse in the language and if you want a more deeper grammar explanation, you should read a grammar book.
If you say "(adjective)-er", you shouldn't say "more."
If you have a statement starting with "if", you should add a comma after.
Feedback
I agree! It's very important for lessons to be fun when learning a new language. Duolingo is also very good for practice.

"funnier" while grammatically correct, might not be the best wording. Perhaps "to make reading in your target language more fun"
However, you shouldn't use Duolingo as your only resource to learn your target language.
If you want to learn expressions you should immerse yourself in the language and if you want a more deeper grammar explanation you should read a grammar book.
"immerse" is usually either reflexive (yourself) or an adjective (I am immersed)
Feedback
Overall quite good, just some minor spelling errors etc.
Personally I dislike Duolingo, it's more ads than language learning.

I agree! Duolingo can be helpful for daily practice. I use it to familiarize myself with Japanese characters that I might not see very often otherwise. It can be a good extra tool when learning a language.

Removal of the second that: Honestly, I think it's grammatical, but it feels weird to see two "that"s in one sentence to me.
However I don't think that's true, I think that the aim of Duolingo is to teach you the grammar and how to read in your target language in a funniery way, which are essential abilities (or skills) as a beginner.

more deeper -> deeper: "deeper" is already relative so you don't need "more". It's either "more deep" or "deeper" and typically the former is only prefered when "-er" is ungrammatical, like if you wanted to say something is "more grammatical".
