I found an article today about multipotentiality. I've never heard of it before. Multipotentiality refers to the state of having diverse interests and talents, allowing individuals to excel in multiple fields rather than specializing in just one. That's me I think.
I blamed myself for years because I can start almost everything with a lot of motivation, but I can't finish most of my projects. I like to explore various subjects, learn new skills and I can do it quickly. I always thought the only way is to be a specialist, learn something deeply and that's it. But I can't. Life is short, I want to explore as much as I can. And finally I know why I'm like this, it feels so good.
By the way, I try to learn to finish things anyway because it's pretty useful, even if I'm "just" a multipotential. Maybe one day I'll became a specialist in a certain field, maybe not. But I finished the first publishable version of a software development project and uploaded it to GitHub, so that's a soft win for me.
I blamed myself for years because I can start almost everanything with a lot of motivation, but I can't finish most of my projects.
"almost anything" is more natural here when talking about hypotheticals, I think.
I like to explore various subjects, and learn new skills, and I can do it quickly.
So you'll often be told in English lessons to avoid "and and" chains which I think is why you might have used a comma chain here, but you have two different "types" of and here which makes it more natural to include both. The first is the list and where you're listing the things you like the explore, while the second is more of a conjunction to link two clauses together.
Using commas as you did originally implies "I can do it quickly" is a thing you like, rather than another fact about your experience with new projects.
I always thought the only way is to be a specialist, to learn something deeply and that's it.
By the way, I tryam trying to learn to finish things anyway because it's pretty useful, even if I'm "just" a multipotential.

This sounds a bit awkward. It might sound more natural to say: "I always thought the only option was to be a specialist; mastering something was the only choice.
But, I can't.
Life is short,; I want to explore as much as I can.
It's best not to join two full clauses with a comma.
AndIt feels so good to finally I know why I'm like this, it feels so good.
