Day 2
Yesterday I hit the gym once again.
It was a very stressful day at work, so going to the gym helped me evacuate the anxiety I was feeling all day long.
I always finish my workout routine by walking on the treadmill. As a reward for my workout, I get to watch 30 minutes of an episode of "Diary of a CEO" while walking.
The subject of yesterday's video was about Evy Pompuras, the former secret agent who protected lots of famous politicians.
She explained how communication betwin people works and how to engage with people. She has a really interesting mindset I get to learn a lot from.
As for you, how do you cope with a stressful day at work ?
