The story is about a Yyoung king called Genji (who falls in love with almost every girl that he sees) and his disillusion and life as king.

The poetry of this book its the best part, but I can't say the same of the story because some parts of the book aremake me feel uncomfortable.

This book was written in the year 1008 andso in this year the people inof Japan had other customs.

I will keep reading it, but if I find another weird thing I'm going to stop reading it, t. The book it's not explicit but you can easily understand that something weird is happening.

The synopsis says that the story changes of protagonists in some chapters fortunately, so I hope that it will be more enjoyable in the next chapters.
