Today is Sunday, and my Sunday catch-up day.

The humidity's been suffocating, so I made a big pot of one of my favorite summer dishes this afternoon — 肉末酸豆角 (minced pork with pickled long beans). It always brings my appetite back when the summer heat wipes out my appetite. I portioned it into containers and stuck them in the fridge. It's also a perfect topping for cold noodles.
My secret ingredient is minced garlic, which unfortunately means I can only risk eating it at night.

Your pronunciation in the video is good. A few minor points:
• “Here is the crazy”: “the” sounds like “uh” to my ear
• “Was just damaged”: “damaged” should have just two syllables, not three
• “Excuse”: the second syllable should receive more stress than the first
