What should you do if you're still mad about something that happened a decade ago?

Just ignore it consciously because I guess it is a very bad and important thing to you that make you feel mad even thought it has been 10 years ago. I aslo feel mad about something even if I tell myself being clam down but I cannot. Aceept your mad and be angry when you feel very bad, it may be better because you let it go. Block up is worse than flow.

Just ignore it conscientiously bignore it? Because I guess it is awas very bad and importanta serious thing to you that, given that it can make you feel mad even thought it has been 10 years ago.

conscientiously == intentionally and carefully
consciously == while awake and alert

Serious vs important is harder to explain, but 'important' doesn't have the same emotion.

I aslso feel mad about somethings, even if I tell myself being clato calm down but I cannot.

Acecept yourthat you're mad and be angry when you feel very bad, it may be better because youthan you can let it go.

Blockottling it up is worse than flowletting it out.

"bottling it up" and "letting it (all) out" are both expressions used when talking about anger
