Today is Monday, the 19 of July. Hi, my name is Bella. This is my diary. Today was a good day. I prayed to God. I ate coffee, eggs, a salad, and chicken. I am seeing my friend tomorrow. Good night, see you tomorrow.
Daily beginning
Literally it would be: Comienzo diario, but I'm not sure if it sounds good in Spanish, hahaha. I don't really know which title could sound better in Spanish...
Hoy es lunes, el 19 de julio.
In Spanish, the article isn'tt needed (Martes 28 de marzo, domingo 5 de mayo, es 6 de junio etc).
Hola, me llamo Bella.
Este es míi diario.
Hoy es un buen día.
CTomoe café, huevos, una ensalada, y pollo.
As you're talking about food and drinks, it's better to use "tomar" (literally "to take"). If you talk only about drinks is "beber" and if you only talk about food is "comer", both is "tomar". You could also say "desayunar" o "almorzar" (to have breakfast/lunch).
Yo estoy mirar miVoy a quedar con una amiga mañana.
In Spanish we say "quedar con" (meet up with) even if we're talking abut "seeing a friend".
Buenos noches, hasta mañana.
