I don't know in which cultural context this conversation is supposed to happen, but in France a ham sandwich is pretty much always "un sandwich jambon-beurre", often shortened to "un jambon-beurre"

"ce sera tout ?" is more polite than "c'est tout ?", the latter really sounding like... "so, are you done annoying me?" :-D
