My vacation finished yesterday, I flew from Sanya to Tiajin last night. I got up early this morning and came to Beijing by high-speed train. Now I am on the subway from high-speed rail station to our office. The subway is not as crowded as usual. I thought for a while and realized that next weekend is Chinese New Year, so there must be lots of people taking time off to prepare for the holiday.
I just finished a holiday so maybe I won't ask for leave anymore.

At the beginning of this post, you write: "My vacation finished yesterday"
I tend to agree with @michaeljennings about using "finished." They suggested a different way to word the statement:
"The last day of my vacation was yesterday."
("Yesterday was the last day of my vacation," would also work.)
However, I can think of two options that maintain the structure of your sentence:
"My vacation ended yesterday."
"My vacation was over yesterday."
At the end you write: "I just finished a holiday." Maybe this is a common way to phrase the statement, but I would probably write:
"I just had a vacation," or "I just went on vacation."
In the US we almost always use "vacation" for trips and the long summer break from school. We use "holiday" when the break is closely associated with an official holiday.
Your piece had a nice symmetry because you used "finished" in the first and last sentences. Although there isn't another single verb that can be substituted, you can create a different symmetry by using "vacation" in both sentences.

Well done.
MThe last day of my vacation finishedwas yesterday,. I flew from Sanya to Tiajin last night.
"Finished" is usually used for an active doer because finish is a transitive verb. For example: "I finished doing my work." Therefore, using "finished" for vacation seems a little unnatural.
Now I am on the subway from high-speed rail station to our office.
