If you’re referring to the Chinese medical concept (to suffer such symptoms as constipation, conjunctivitis, and inflammation of the nasal and oral cavities), we don’t have a term for this in English. Instead, we would have to describe the symptoms.
If you mean something like “这事真让人上火” you could use “annoyed.” It really depends on the context.
