Driving Athe Car Driving the Car

Since you're referring to a specific car it's probably best to use "the". In titles "the" often is not capitalised.

I usually get up early on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I usually get up early on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

It's not really wrong to write these singular, but it's probably more correct to pluralise them.

"should" here gives the impression that this is optional but recommended. It seems more likely to me that this is something you have to do.

It makes me unhappy.

Slightly more natural rephrasing.

The first part about changing your mind doesn't feel like it fits this sentence 言いたい事は何ですか?

What are you doing when you are driving?

What aredo you doing when while you are driving? What do you do while you are driving?

"while" indicates that it's something that you're doing, or is happening, at the same time as your driving.

Best to keep the tense simple here.
