I woke up at 6 o’clock this morning.
I usually get up early on Tuesday and Thursday.
Because I should go to another prefecture by a car for my work.
It makes me unhappy.
It’s sure that driving is good.
But I want to sleep more, and 50km driving at early morning is little bit tough.
And often I straggle traffic jam.

"should" implies you're (often willingly!) doing it based on someone's advice or recommendation; "have to" implies you are doing it because it is being imposed on you, and you don't (often) have a choice. In this specific case, you're driving because it's imposed by your job.
