WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Road Design Engineer
National Rural Access Program (NRAP), Ministry of Public Works [ 09/2012 – 09/2014 ]
- Contributed to the process of design and drafting of roadways by introducing a new
AutoCAD Civil3D design template which significantly increased the productivity levels of the design department.
- Extensively involved in the evaluation of more than 10 road rehabilitation proposals and negotiations with contractors.
- Played a major rule in the economic evaluation of 600 KM roads using HDM 4 Software.
- Conducted a workshop for a group of 40 civil engineers and introduced to them AutoCAD Civil3D software package.

- Conducted on-site surveys of rural roads using a total station theodolite and utilized the survey data for the realignment of rural roads.

- Participated in weekly meetings at the ministry and reported over weekly activities during site visits.
- Organized a workshop regarding AutoCAD Civil3D software package for a group of 30 civil engineers, and explained to them the basic functions and applications of the software in terms of road design.

- Acquired practical insight into the management of road projects, their supervision, and reporting.
- Utilized Primavera software package to prepare activities required for building a construction project and allocated resources.
- Joined a workshop regarding STAAD Pro software, which is a structural analysis and design software application, and utilized it to analyze different elements of a multi-story building such as beams, columns, and slabs.

Not quite sure what you were trying to say with “reported over”... I don’t think a phrase like that exists. If you were going for “made reports about” then try this correction^ but you might want to get a second opinion! =)

I don’t know what Primavera is, so it might be more appropriate to use “a” instead of “the”.

“utilized” isn’t wrong, but it’s a little unnecessary when the shorter “used” exists. It kinda felt out of place when you seem to be going for a more ‘to-the-point’ style.

Looking good! These are mostly insignificant corrections. I realise you’re going for the bullet point kind of style, so articles, pronouns and short words like that can often be omitted, but there were some points where omitting “the” started to sound a bit unnatural. That’s probably just my opinion, so don’t worry about it too much!
