Hello Sue,
Thanks for your email.
I really appreciate that we can move the meeting to have all the relevant areas together.
The 04th of May is suitable for my schedule. Hopefully, it is the same for the other attendees.
Please keep me informed about that.
Thank you very much and best Regards,
John

Hello Sue,
Thanks for your email.
I really appreciate that we can movchange the meeting tso thavet all the relevose who need to cant areas togetherttend.
It is not clear whether you meant change the location or the time of the meeting. Also, I don't know what you meant by "have all the relevant areas together" so my correct may not reflect your intended meaning.
The 04th of May is suitableworks for my schedule.
"May 4th" would be more normal in North America. I think "4th of May" would be common in Britain. But I don't think "04th of May" would be used anywhere. "04" would only be okay if you are writing the date in an abbreviated format, e.g. 04/05/20.
Hopefully, it is the sameI hope it also works for the other attendees.
Your sentence was not incorrect. I just rephrased it in a way that sounded more natural to me.
Please keep me informed about thatis.
Thank you very much and b. ¶
