Correct this email and let it sound more formal, pls. Thx.

Dear Sir or Madam:

I hope you are fine.

My name is Dominik Doe and I am interested in your International Internship Program. Especially the opportunities page on your website aroused my interest immensely.
However, some questions occurred during reading through your website which I would like to get answered before applying:

You are talking about “special projects” which are assigned for a 6 month rotation. How do they differ from other projects? Could you give me a few examples, please?

Furthermore, you exclude the possibility of summer sessions. Are there any plans to realize them in the future?

18 months ago, I did a first internship at a BMW plant in my region for ten weeks. One of your requirements is that it lasted at least three months. Is there a chance to participate in your Program either way?

Thanks in advance for answering the questions.

Yours sincerely

I would also prefer “Dear Hiring Manager” or something similar.

I hope you are fine.

This seems extraneous in a business email, unless you have already established a connection with the person before.

“Occur” needs an indirect object when it means something closer to “realize” than to “happen.”

You arr webpage talkings about “special projects” which are assigned for a 6 six-month rotation.

How do they differ from other projects?

Could you give me a few examples, please?

Furthermore, you exclude the possibility of summer sessions.

We do “realize” possibilities, but here it doesn’t work because “exclude” suggests that there is no such possibility at the moment.

18 months ago, I did amy first internship at a BMW plant in my region for ten weeks.

One of your requirements is that ithis prior internship lasted at least three months.

Is therWill I have a chance to participate in your Program either wayregardless?

“Either way” suggests that more than one scenario has been put out.

Thanks you in advance for answering the questions.

“Thanks” is rather informal. It can be fine if a more informal tone has been set, but without such context I wouldn’t use it.

Yours sincerely,

Yes, a comma is necessary for closing remarks of this variety.

I don’t want to nitpick, but I think it’d be better if you added something after ‘regardless’, like ‘regardless of this’. ‘Regardless’ by itself sounds a bit off.

18 months ago, I did a first internship at a BMW plant in my region for ten weeks.

this is correct, but "region" sounds kind of weird. Was it in your state or your city, for example? If you can't find a replacement word, I would replace "in my region" to "nearby"

One of yourthe requirements is that it lastedthe duration of the internship should have been at least three months.

Is there a chance to participate in your Pprogram either anyway?

Thanks you in advance for answering the questions.

Yours sSincerely,

Dominik Doe

Thank you so much!
I have to put a colon after the salutation. Is there a comma anyways after "Sincerely"?

Yes, both the greeting and the farewell need a comma afterwards.

Thank you but that wasn't my question. I'm forced to use a colon after the greeting. In this case, is there a comma after the farewell?
