I translated this term: 思いやり and it appears that a better translation would be "compassion" or "kindness." These terms are more friendly than "consideration," which to me is colder and more analytical.
I don't speak Japanese, so my sincere apologies if this is incorrect/inaccurate!

If this is general advice, it makes more sense to instruct your reader on how they should act, rather than how they should be treated, since they don't control how they are treated but can change how they act.

思いやりis one of word to translate... it’s still difficult for Japanese to explain or expect. It’s up to each person to define it.
I was thinking if it was “thoughtfulness,” “kindness,” or “consideration.”
