Connection problem

Two days ago, I faced some internet issues.
I work online, so I am always connected to the internet.
Last Monday, I got really frustrated.
I tried to connect to the platform, but the page wouldn't load.
The connection kept dropping until it finally went down.
I didn't know what to do. I would be late for my class.
Then, I remembered to call the internet company. They advised me to restart the router.
I restarted the router, and the connection worked normally again.
I was so happy because I could finally teach my classes.
