For simulation: In my opinion the solver engine can not invent any new behaviors functionality from itself in runtime, rather it selects only from the determined behavior list thenand attaches it to objects in runtime.

The 'behavior list' is singular so you need to use 'the' or 'a'. Either could work here

The determined behavior list, is programmed by a programmer in compile time because he/she knows about real world domain knowledge and possible actions and effects.

Determined action is not specific to only one type but to any type that a programmer wants and is meaningful in real world cand can be attachable (e.x type to car or bicycle …).

'Programmer' is singular
'Can attachable' doesn't work. Use 'it is attachable' or 'it can be attachable'

PThe programmer must prevent the possibility that tohe non meaningful attachment does not occur by end user sothrough system checks…(ex. runtime check).
