Communication problem

I randomly choose words, expressions, phrasal verbs etc. from my flash cards and my task is to incorporate them into meaningful sentence/s or a short story.

Random words; PENCHANT FOR, SKY ROCKET, YOU GONNA GET YOUR

Montague:
Never have I ever spoken with plebs like you. The people of your lot only penchant for being blotto, procrastinate their time and purloin all things they’ll consider valuable.
Tom:
Yeah, mate.
I ain’t got half of dicky you said and your gob will get you in a barney.
But I help you to take a ball out of here or you’re gonna get your arse kicked, a boat smashed and sky rockets emptied.

Random words; PENCHANT FOR, SKY ROCKET, YOU GONNA GET YOUR

Montague:

Never have I ever spoken with plebs like you.

The people of yYour lot onlyhave a penchant for being blotto, procrastinate their timeing, and purloining all things they’ll consider valuable.

Penchant is not a verb. You don't procrastinate time, because the concept of time is part of the concept of procrastination. I have no idea what "blotto" means.

Tom:

Yeah, mate.

I ain’t got half of dicky, you said, and your gob will get you in a barney.

I have no idea what this sentence is supposed to mean.

But I'll help you to take a ball out of here or you’re gonna get your arse kicked, a boat smashed and sky rockets emptied.

I have no idea what this sentence is supposed to mean.

Feedback

I am a native English speaker in my 40s with two university degrees and I have never heard many of these expressions before. They seem like obscure slang to me.

Sorry for confusing you, I didn't mean it.
What I mean is wrote a situation where people from different social groups, in my case aristocrat Montague and worker from East End of London Tom, try to communicate in their own dialects, and, as expected, hardly understand each other.
Montague speaks by using more sophisticated, rather posh words, and Tom speaks in cockney rhyming slang.
Dicky Bird - word
Barney Rubble - trouble
Ball of Chalk - walk
Boat Race - face
Sky Rocket - pocket

Blotto - posh people use this to describe a state of severe inebriation
So, in this context 'penchant for being blotto' is still incorrect?

Well, if I were to substitute "drunk" or one of the slang words one hears for "drunk" here in North America (such as pissed, wasted, plastered, etc.), it would sound okay. Perhaps "a penchant for getting drunk/pissed/wasted" would be more natural. I must say, however, that it seems odd to juxtapose words like penchant and purloin, which are not everyday words but rather words that normally belong to a more elevated register, with words that are extremely slangy. Do you know about the linguistic concept of "register"? ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Register_(sociolinguistics) ) Usually one does not mix expressions from widely disparate registers.

From a linguistic point of view you are right, but just imagine, for a moment, what if that situation took place at night somewhere on the streets of East London borough in the late '80s.
I think there's no much time to choose the 'register'
