Commander les temps

Je souhaite apprendre tout les temps de la langue français, d’abord: le futur, l’imparfait et le conditionnel. J’aime la language, mais je apprenait depuis 3 ans sans réussite totale

I wish to learn all of the tenses in the French language: was, will, would. I love thé language but i have been learning for 3 years without complete success.

Corrections

CommandMaîtriser les temps

To acquire mastery of = maîtriser
Commander = to rule, to command (to give orders to)

Je souhaite apprendre touts les temps et les modes de la langue français,e d’abord : le futur, l’imparfait et le conditionnel.

TouS leS...
Feminine agreement => françaisE
The conditional is "un mode" (a mood), not a tense, so I modified accordingly

J’aime la language, mais je l'apprenaitds depuis 3 ans sans réussite totale.

"Un langage" is a set of codes with meaning; "une langue" is the systematic association of semantics with articulated utterances (words, affixes etc) bound together by a grammar.
So French, English, Spanish etc all are "langues"
Your learning is still going on = présent => je l'apprends

Feedback

I doubt even a genius can learn French in just 3 years with complete success, so no reason to worry! Hang on!
