Comfort

I'm not sure I got the question right, but I will answer this as I understood.

I can't boast a perfectly healthy back, so I do some exercises every morning. I like spinal stretching, especially the lower back and the area between the shoulder blades. I can't imagine the day starting without this ritual.

I also drink a glass of water on an empty stomach, because at that moment, I feel my body waking up.

I enjoy going to the sauna. I used to go there every week when I was a child, but now, as I live in a flat, not in a house, I like to take a hot shower.

I love getting a massage even more than going to the sauna. It gives me goosebumps when someone is massaging my head or shoulders. I came up with a lifehack for those who have insomnia as I do sometimes. So, the idea is self-massage. At least, you can massage your head, palms, and feet, then you should try to relax each part of your body one by one. It works.

Recently I have bought new clothes to wear to work. It's warm and comfortable, so it helps me to feel better at work and stay focused longer.

All of this is not about feeling alive in adrenaline meaning. To be honest, when I'm in danger, my body doesn't feel alive, on the contrary, it's too stiff to feel anything but fear. So, my point is comfort.

Corrections

I'm not sure I got the question right, but I will answer this as I understood it.

I cadon't boast a perfectly healthy back, so I do some exercises every morning.

I like spinal stretching, especially the lower back and the area between the shoulder blades.

Spinal stretching has a bit of a medical connotation, but otherwise fine. Sounds a bit scientific.

I can't imagine the day starting the day without this ritual.

Fine as it was, but this is a bit smoother.

I also drink a glass of water on an empty stomach, because at that moment,'s when I feel my body wakingstart to wake up.

I used to go there every week when I was a child, but now, as I live in a flat, and not in a house, I like to take a hot shower.

It gives met goosebumps when someone is massaging my head or shoulders.

A bit better this way.

At least, yYou can massage your head, palms, and feet, then you should tryrying to relax each part of your body one by one.

"At least" doesn't work here.

It'sThey are warm and comfortable, so itwearing them helps me to feel better at work and stay focused longer.

All of this (My life philosophy / habits) is not about feeling alive in the sense of an adrenaline meaningrush.

"All of this" is a bit vague, but fine otherwise.

Feedback

I know I made a lot of corrections, but it's very good. Everything was perfectly understandable, I just adjusted some sentences so they are a bit smoother and more natural. Very few grammatical mistakes, mostly just stylistic stuff.

I'm curious, what do you do for a living?

I agree with ThePeridot27, and the others who made corrections: most of the corrections are stylistic. This makes me think that langcorrect.com should have a way for correctors to indicate if they are making a stylistic suggestion or pointing out an error. Writers should know what kind of feedback they are getting, so they can decide if they want to make a change or not. I think stylistic suggestions are not helpful unless someone asks for them because they go against the goal of writers developing their own voice. In your case, you may be fluent enough to know the difference, but it shouldn't depend on that. On the other hand, when several people correct the same piece of writing, they are all likely to point out major errors; and the writer can conclude that when people offer different suggestions for improvement, these are matters of opinion. Still, I think a standard way to indicate the type of feedback one is giving might be an improvement.

Comfort

I'm not sure I got the question right, but I will answer this as I understood.

I can't boast a perfectly healthy back, so I do some exercises every morning.

This is correct but more common ways to say this are: "I can't claim I have a perfectly healthy back," "I can't say I have the strongest back," "I can't say I've the healthiest back,"

I like spinal stretching, especially the lower back and the area between the shoulder blades.

I can't imagine the day starting without this ritual.

I also drink a glass of water on an empty stomach, because at that moment, I feel my body waking up.

I enjoy going to the sauna.

So, the idea is self-massage.

At the very least, you can massage your head, palms, and feet, then you should try to relax each part of your body one by one.

It works.

Recently, I have bought new clothes to wear to work.

It's warm and comfortable, so it helps me to feel better at work and stay focused longer.

All of this is not about feeling alive in a adrenaline meaningsense.

To be honest, when I'm in danger, my body doesn't feel alive, on the contrary, it's too stiff to feel anything but fear.

So, my point is comfort.
