I haven't had enough excise.
I think I haven't had enough excise lately.
It's hardly change my weight, but to my shame, I lose my breath when I go up stairs,and I have muscle pain the day after playing with my niece. And it's not flexible at all.
I'm not aversion to move my body, but I haven't had enough excise, because l like to live a lazy life at home.
I'm going to train while watching youtube.
最近、運動不足だなと思っている。
体重の変動はほとんど無いが、恥ずかしいことに、階段を登ると息切れしたり、姪っ子と遊んだ次の日には筋肉痛になっていることが多い。ついでに身体の柔軟性もまったく無い。
もともと身体を動かすことが嫌いという訳では無いが、家にいてダラダラ過ごすことが好きなので、運動不足になりがちだ。
YouTubeでも見ながら筋トレしようかなぁ。
