Tonight, I went running too. But I wasn't able to finish a 2 km run. After running 1 km, my heart felt like breaking. I insisted for more 0.29 km, then stopped.
At first, I wore my blue earphones on. But when I was running, they always ran out my ears. It was so annoying, so I took them away and kept running.
At the beginning, I thouht of secretpostman who corrected my entry yesterday, I made a promise to him/her that I would go running tonight. So I was on the playground instead of sitting in the sofa and playing with my phone. I was wondering that did he/she also go running today and whether think of me either.
What was I thinking about when I was running? There was only one thing at most times: I was so tired, when I would end my 2 km run? Could I finish 2 km? 1km was also OK. At least I tried.
I will go running tomorrow, no matter what the distance is, the most important thing is that I set up a good habit.
