There was a famous militarist in ancient China. His name was Caocao.
One summer, he led his troops to another battlefield. On the way, he passed through a dry area, and could not find a drop of water for dozens of miles around.
The soldiers were extremely thirsty, and slowly they could hardly hold on.
Caocao had an idea. He said to everyone, "I have passed this road before. There is a big plum forest not far ahead. There are lots of plums there. When we get there, we can eat them to quench our thirst."

So they braced themselves up and walked forward quickly.
