Children

I have a friend who lives in a condominio (?). Most of her neighbors are parents. Their children love to play outside in a big space that's in the middle, where everyone can hear their screams. The most popular games are football and mata gente (?). There're moments when my friend simply can't stand hearing all their voices. Besides, she has a cat and every five minutes some child appears in front of her door to ask if the cat can go outside to play with her.

But there's another problem, a big one. Fernando is a child that grew up without his father. Her mother is a teacher for very young kids. Little Fernado has problemas de ira (?) and doesn't hesitate to show it to everybody. He swears a lot for his age. Also, he always want all children to play what he wants. Obviusly many of the children doesn't care about this and they ignore him. But things always can go to another level with Fernando. Many times he has punch the other children because they don't obey him. Even once he divide all the space where children play in two just because he wanted more space to play. Yet he was alone in his side.

When the children or their parents go to complain with Fernando's mom she just tell them that is all due to Fernando's father leaving. "He has grew up with so many problems, please be understandable", She says. So the mother simply justify anything Fernando does. There was a time when Fernando was calling "gay" and even "marica" to a kid in front of that Kid's and Fernando's mothers. This last one didn't say a word.

About the rest of the neighborhood, they complain not only about Fernando but for the other kids as well. Most of the adults go to work in the morning and try to rest in the afternoon and, of course, in the night. However, the children play this two times in the day and most of them are really noisy. So there's a big problem that the whole condominio needs to talk about and my friend really wants to speak what's on her mind.

That's all! thanks for reading

Children

I have a friend who lives in a condominio (?)um.

Most of her neighbors are parents.

Their children love to play outside in a big space that's in the middleplayground, where everyone can hear their screams.

The most popular games are football and mata gente (?).

I don't know what's "mata gente". It sounds like "shoot'em up", but someone translated it as dodgeball.
Podrías describir qué tipo de juego es ese "mata gente"? :-D

There' are moments when my friend simply can't stand hearing all their (loud) voices.

there are

Regularly used contractions: they are = they're, you are = you're, we are = we're, there is = there'sit is = it's
pero no se usa "there're" :-)

Besides, she has a cat and every five minutes some child appears in front of her door to ask if the cat can go outside to play with her.

How funny!

But there's another problem, a big one.

Fernando is a child that grew up without his father.

Her mother is a teacher for very young kids.

Little Fernando has anger problemas de ira (?)s.

and doesn't hesitate to show it to everybody.

He swears a lot for his age.

Also, he always want all children to play whatever he wants.

"whatever he wants" sounds to me more natural than "what he wants"

Obviously many of the children doesn't care about this and they ignore him.

many of the children: plural, therefore --> don't care

But things can always can go to another level with Fernando.

Many times he has punched the other children because they don't obey him.

Even once he divide alld up the space where children playplayground in two just because he wanted more space to play.

Yet he was alone in his side.

When the children or their parents go to complain withto Fernando's mom she just tell them that is all due tobecause Fernando's father leavingft.

"He has grew up with so many problems, please be understanding/reasonable", Sshe says.

Who is "the last one", the kid's mom or Fernando's mother?

About the rest of the neighborhood, they complain not only about Fernando but forabout the other kids as well.

Your sentences are really good. I can see some of the words you did not know you used in your native language, so I tried my best to translate them into English. Just keep writing and do not be scared to use a translator sometimes for words you may not know. Great job! :)
