Right after attending the local college graduation ceremony at the end of March, my daughter took off for the company she chose. The on-the-job training was supposed to start from the next day.
In retrospect, she had neither a high school graduation ceremony nor a college entrance ceremony. Even after she enrolled in college, the education continued to be provided online. It was not until she became a junior that face-to-face classes started. Once long-awaited college life came around, she seemed to enjoy it to the fullest until graduation while she was mumbling "Hectic!"
When she was torn between some job offers, I advised her to choose the one that would excite you most. This is because my husband and I have lived from our hearts, which led to our current happy life.
I couldn't imagine our life apart from her. This may be because she is the youngest of the three children. I’m looking at a gaping hole in my heart, which I didn't experience when my two sons left home.
As a recruit, she will live alone for the first time in her life. Probably she will encounter a lot of difficulties. But I believe in my fully-grown daughter. My daughter, have an exciting life! My husband and I are always praying for your well-being and happiness.
Cheers to my newly employed daughter

"In-person" is the official term that is used
Once her long-awaited college life came around, she seemed to enjoy it to the fullest; until graduation, whilere she was mumbling "Hectic!"
I don't get the nuance behind the latter half of this sentence

nothing wrong with the original, thought it'd still edit it a little.
My husbandYour father and I are always praying for your well-being and happiness.
Maybe it would sound nicer to say "your father" instead of my husband, because seeing it is her father, it will sound more affectionate to call him through that way.

"face to face" works too, but "in-person" is used a little more when talking about classes.

sounds more like a native speaker.
The on-the-job training was supposed to start from the next day.
The preposition "from" is not needed here.
Once long-awaited college life came around, she seemed to enjoy it to the fullest until graduation whilere she was seen mumbling the word "Hectic!"
When she was torn between some job offers, I advised her to choose the one that would excite youher the most.
the use of ''you'' here is addressing the reader, not your daughter.
This is because my husband and I have lived fromfollowed our hearts, which has led to our current happy life.
"lived from our hearts'' is not an idiom in English. You want to use the phrase ''followed our hearts''. Using has led instead of led indicates that you are still living that happy life, where as just led sort of indicates that you are no longer living that way. If you wanted to use ''led'' instead of ''has led'' then you would want to remove the word ''current'' as well.
IWe couldn't imagine our life apart from her.
Because you used "our life" you want to have the same subject agreement with the word ''we''. You could also write '' I couldn't imagine my life apart from her''.
I’m looking at feel a gaping hole in my heart, which I didn't experience when my two sons left home.
'' I feel'' vs ''I'm looking at'' sounds more like what a native speaker would say.
Probably she willShe will probably encounter a lot of difficulties.
English hardly ever uses probably at the beginning of sentence unless it is a response to someone else, for example: "Do you think the weather will be warm today?'' "Probably".
My daughter, I hope you have an exciting life!
Sounds more like what a native speaker would say.
My husbandYour father and I are always praying for your well-being and happiness.
Assuming your husband is her father, you would want to write it as her father, not your husband. If it is her step-father, you would probably want to use his first name there instead, for example: ''Jim and I are always praying for you...''

Very good, some awkward phrases here and there, but 95% percent of the time I had no trouble at all understanding what you were trying to convey. Keep up the great work :)
