I made a mistake. Thank your for helping me. Please I have one question. I think " to tell" and " To say" has the same meaning.

You're welcome! Yes they mean the same thing, but it's more common to use "tell" when you want to let someone know something, and it's more common to use "say" when you physically speak with someone. So you can use both, but in your sentence it sounds more natural to use "tell" because it's something written rather than spoken. It's not a black and white rule though, just more common. Hope it helps.
