Challenge, Day 72

Today is the 72nd day of my daily English challenge. I barely time to write what I did during the day. I have again a strong pain because I have a cervical hernia. At this moment I am writing I feel weak and I don't feel like doing anything. I am taking a shower and rest a bit.

I spent time to listening a video on YoutTube in English, then I repeat a bunch of those words.
