Thank you.

Today eis the 43thrd day of my daily English challenge.

I felt much better today , and I did many things at home.

one thing -> many things

I watered the plants, I cooked, and I baked a cake.

No need to say "I" three times - it's implied after the first use.
You don't have to put the comma before the last "and" but I prefer it. It's called the Oxford comma.

WhenBy the time I left t the food over low heat, I had revised about 10 lessons in English and eight lessons in Spanish.

In the afternoon, I spoke to a friend in fFrench, then I specifically asked her a bunch of questions.

She corrected me and helpedshowed me how to pronounce some words.

I was really delighted because she has always d helped me.

In my opinion, I don't think you need the "really" before the delighted because "delighted" already implies "really glad".

Before sleeping, I am going to read and after that I' will prayer.

I pray
I prayed
I will pray

(In tThis sentence is in the future simple because at this moment I amhave not stillyet gone to bed. )
