Today is the twenty-seventh day of my daily English challenge.
This morning, I went out to PC shop. I bought a lot of papers blank. I am not sure my sentence is correct.
After caming at home. I cooked a red pasta Tunisia. It was delicious!
This afternoon, I watched a video in English on YouTube. My aim has always been to be a good lestener and to get used to hearing English. Then, I spoke to a friend over Skype in English. I have prepared to him a great surprise. I met my Mom to a friend over Skype. He was really surprising to see Mom! Then, we talked a little in Spanish and he corrected me a bunch of sentences.
To be honest, I want to keep improving my English for me and especially for my best friend. I would like you proud of me.
I am grateful for this web-site and everyone who as helped me.
This morning, I went out to PC shop.
I am not sure if the comma is necessary.
I bought a lot of blank papers blank.
After caoming at home.,
"At" would imply that you have already arrived home.
This is also not a complete sentence.
I cooked aTunisian red pasta Tunisia.
Adjectives generally go before the nouns.
I am assuming that you meant to say you cooked pasta from Tunisia, or in the style of a dish from Tunisia, therefore, you would call it "Tunisian".
ThisIn the afternoon, I watched a video in English on YouTube.
My aim has always been to be a good leistener and to get used to hearing English.
I have prepared to him a greatd a big surprise for him.
The object, "him", should go after the verb. Also, because it already happened it should be in the past. Usually, we would just say that we "have a surprise".
I metintroduced my Mom to amy friend over Skype.
Your friend met your mother. You introduced her. The way it is written makes it sound like you didn't know your mother before the Skype call.
He was reallvery surprisinged to smeet my Mom!
"Surprising" makes it sound like is was doing something to you. "Surprised" refers to the state or emotion that he was in.
Then, we talspoked a little in Spanish and he corrected me a bunch of sentences.
"Me" is unnecessary.
I would like you to be proud of me.
I am proud of you!

Remember that syntax is very strict in English. You have to remember the word order, for example: to prepare *something for someone*. Or: To correct *something for someone*. You can't switch this around, it's a fixed structure. If you apply this to your writing, you will improve quickly :) well done!!
