Today was the eighteenth day of my English challenge. I spoke to a friend over Skype in English. we was talking of the meaning about "as long as" and "as soon as". Then, we spoke also in Spanish and she corrected me tow sentences. Despite I made a few mistakes. I do a lot of progresse in English, in order to do this, I try to be involved with language as much as I can. I am really proud of myself. Now, I am sure to reach my goals.
I want to thank everyone for helping and correctiong me.
we wasere talking ofabout the meaning aboutof "as long as" and "as soon as".
When talking about the past, if you are referring to more than one person, you use "were" (i.e. We were jumping, They were swimming). A nice little exception to this is "You" (You were here, You were helping). latter part of your sentence was pretty good. All that's to say is you had "about" and "of" in the wrong spots. Keep up the good work!
