When someone says "Happy Valentine's Day," what do people usually say in response in your country?
In Japan, the greeting "Happy Valentine's Day" isn't very common, so if that person is Japanese, I think they probably weren't sure how to respond.
I think the "!!" probably meant something like, "Yeah, true!!"

In my country people usually reply with "Happy Valentine's Day" or "You, too!"
My friend is from here, so it was a little strange.
