C'est été et les fleurs grandiront bientôt. Le soleil est chaud, et l'herbe est vert. Je suis très excitée!
It is summer and the flowers will grow soon. The sun is hot, and the grass is green. I am very excited!

We also don't capitalize every word of a title

Saying that "le soleil" (the celestial body itself) is hot is pleonastic. What you mean is that it results in a hot weather for us right now, so in French it'd rather be "le temps est chaud"
