Today is my first day studying at HKUST, I feel excited and happy that I can get into such a great academic palace. I had been listening to three classes: introduction to computer science, science, and Chinese content in the digital area. I am enjoying it even if I am a little bit exhausted. That is how the university works ha? ( To make people busy and fulfill)

I had been (listening/attending/going to) to three classes: introduction to computer science, science, and Chinese content in the digital area.
"Listening" means you are only hearing the audio. If you are going into a classroom it would be better to use one of the above.
I am enjoying it even if I am a little bit exhausted.
That is how the university works ha, right?
If you are talking about something in general, or the idea of something, you can drop the article:
I like that dog over there.
The dog by my mom's house is nice.
I like all dogs.
Dogs are often good friends.
