I started this journey to improve both my written and spoken English.
Recently, I have been thinking about other ways to improve my speaking accuracy, Currently, I'm reading a book and recording myself while reading, but my main focus is on these daily writing exercises, I can just hope that it will improve my spoken English as well, but while I can take my time here, in a face-to-face situation I may not have the luxury of rephrasing myself in the moment.
Aaaand I am not a fast thinker, to be honest, I have difficulties with multitasking or anything that requires quick thinking, which sometimes affects my English accuracy, despite having a lot of experience with talking to others in English. What are your thoughts? Can writing help improve my spoken English accuracy? What else do you recommend I do?

I don't think accuracy is the right word to use here. You can say 'Can writing help improve my spoken English' or 'Can writing help improve my fluency in English'.

It's good not to use a pronoun like "it" unless the reader/listener can tell what "it" refers to. You also want to keep your sentences shorter. Run-on sentences become difficult to read. Even native speakers have trouble with both of these things!

Your writing is very close to how many native English speakers would write. In fact, it exceeds many native speakers! Most of my suggestions were to improve the tone and feeling of reading.
Written English is usually more familiar-sounding than spoken English. Even so, many writers make their written English more familiar intentionally, even in essays or articles. This makes the writer seem more approachable.
This is only my opinion, but I think the best approach is to read, write, speak, and listen as much as possible. I think the skills cross-pollinate. They all make each other stronger as you practice. You're doing great!
