Madrid will host a NATO summit from 28 to 30 June this year. Apart from the Presidents of the NATO’s thirty state members, the presidents of non-NATO state members, such as Australia, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand and South Korea, plus the two Nordic countries, Sweden and Finland, which applied for NATO membership soon after Russia invaded Ukraine, will also be attending the summit. The President of the European Commission and the President of the European Council will also take part in such an important meeting.
Although this is not the first NATO Summit held in Madrid, on this occasion, the Summit is much more crucial than the one organised 25 years ago. The war in Ukraine and its repercussions on the world, and especially on Europe, have made the agreements adopted at this summit may change the world order radically. The world has not had to tackle such a dangerous situation since the Cold War. Many experts and journalists say that we are on the brink of the World War III. I have always thought how hard enduring the Spanish Civil War and its Post-War will have been for my parents and the people who were born in those terrible years. I have always thought that nothing like that could happen again. Although there have been tensions and even proxy wars between the two most powerful countries in the world, the US and Russia, at no time has the situation ever escalated up to point where we are right now.
The President of Ukraine will address NATO Summit via video link. This is his best chance to ask NATO for more destructive weapons, weapons with which Ukraine can counterattack the Russian troops invading his country. At the beginning of the war, Ukrainian army was able to hold back the Russian forces and even regain parts of its territory previously taken by the invaders. However, after 120 days of war, Ukrainians are running out of ammunition and being beaten as never before. The West knows perfectly that giving long range weapons to Ukraine would mean the start of the so feared World War III.
After three months of war, we can already see how far Putin can go. He does not care about the hundreds of people killed in Ukraine every day. He said that his main goal was to take Donetsk and Lugansk, the self-proclaimed breakaway pro-Russian republics of Ukrainian but what we are witnessing is the total annihilation of the Ukrainian State. This is why the NATO Summit is so important. But I fear that the worst is to come. We have only seen the tip of the iceberg. I hope to be mistaken but I am afraid that we are going to suffer the same hardship that our parents and grandparents did.

Although this is not the first NATO Summit held in Madrid, on this occasion, the Summitne is much more cruciitical than the one organised 25 years ago.
The war in Ukraine and its repercussions onthroughout the world, and especially onthroughout Europe, have madecreated a situation in which the agreements adopted at this summit may change the existing world order radically.
The world has not had to tackle such a dangerous situation since the Cold War.
Many experts and journalists say that we are on the brink of the World War III.
I have always thought how hard enduring the Spanish Civil War and its Pthe post-Wwar willyears must have been for my parents and the people who were born in those terrible years.

At the beginning of the war, the Ukrainian army was able to hold back the Russian forces and even regain parts of its territory previously taken by the invaders.
However, after 120 days of war, the Ukrainians are running out of ammunition and being beaten as never beforeback.
Although what you said before makes sense, this sounds more natural to me.
The West knows perfectly well that giving long range weapons to Ukraine would mean the start of the so feared World War III.
After three months of war, we can already see how far Putin can go.
He does not care about the hundreds of people killed in Ukraine every day.
He said that his main goal was to take Donetsk and Lugansk, the self-proclaimed breakaway, pro-Russian breakaway republics ofin Ukrainian territory, but what we are witnessing is the total annihilation of the Ukrainian Statenation.
This is why the NATO Summit is so important.
But I fear that the worst is to come.
We have only seen the tip of the iceberg.
This doesn't really make sense here, because it implies that something is hidden from us. It would be more natural to use the expression, "The worst is yet to come".
I hope to be mistakenwrong, but I a'm afraid that we a're going to suffer the same hardships that our parents and grandparents did.

Great Job! Just a few corrections!

Madrid will host a NATO summit from 28 to 30 June this year.
Better: ...from the 28th to the 30th of June this year.

Too many commas can be difficult to read. This sentence could also be cracked into two sentences. I'm not very good at handling commas myself -- perhaps someone else will suggest a better way.
The Ppresident of the European Commission and the Ppresident of the European Council will also take part in such anthe important meeting.
President is not a proper noun.
Although this is not the first NATO Summit held in Madrid, on this occasion, the Summit is much more crucial than the one organised 25 years ago.
Organised might be the UK spelling -- in the US it is "organized".
The war in Ukraine and its repercussions oin the world, and especially oin Europe, have made the agreements adopted at this summit so that they may change the world order radically.
Alt: "...have made the agreements adopted at this summit more important than ever".

"Will" is future tense.
I have always thought that nothing like that could happen again.

Nice usage of this idiom :)
I hope to be mistaken, but I am afraid that we are going to suffer the same hardship that our parents and grandparents did.
A trick I've been told to help decide comma placement is if the two halves of the sentence are complete on their own:
I hope to be mistaken (complete sentence)
but (one of FANBOYS -- see link below)
I am afraid that we are going to suffer the same hardship that our parents and grandparents did. (complete sentence)
