Calligraphy
I want to be able to write stylish letters, what we call calligraphy. Don't you want to be able to quickly and tastefully write with a fountain pen? A handful of people who work in design, I admire a little bit.
オシャレな文字、いわゆるカリグラフィーを書けるようになりたい。万年筆でささっとセンスのある文字を書ける人よくないですか？デザインの仕事をしているほんの一握りの人、私はすこし憧れています。

I think "Wouldn't it be great" (or "Isn't it great") better captures the feeling of saying that something is good/cool/fun/etc. to be able to do. Using "Don't you want" seems a little more targeted at one person/ enticing someone to do something more than I think is intended. Either way can work.
A handful of people who work in design, can use calligraphy, and I admire them a little bit.
This sentence needed a reason why you admire them to make more sense.

I might say it like this:
I want to get into calligraphy, which is the art of writing stylish letters.
Don't you want to be able to quickly and tastefully write with a fountain pen?
AThere are a handful of people who work in design, that I admire a little bit.
I might say it like this to clarify what type of people I admire:
There are a handful of calligraphers who work in design that I admire.
