When you want to call a company, you often have to wait and patient on a queue. There are often AI which tells you your number in the queue. But when you're finishing the queue, you're talking to a real person. But in a near future, people could be replaced by AI. A president of the call centre workers said in a podcast that she is worried about that. Indeed, AI is really a threat for call's workers. But she thinks that an AI can't replace a real person because people are empathetic and AI can't because it doesn't have any consciousness. She also said that the purpose of the call's workers consists by pacify the callers who are often angry and can shout down the phone.

English considers a "queue" to be something to move through, so you start in the back of the queue, and move up to the front
But in a near future, people could be replaced by AI.
