After looking through a Youtube video called "3 days of pain" by Huberman.
I was about to remember it again, to use caffeine to boost my energy and prevent to get dump of lacking of sleep like a few days previous.
So I go to a vending machine, order a iced matcha latte, no sugar, take a sip, stroll through the street, then come back home.
It do boost my energy, I was no longer feel miserable or exhausted.
One thing that might perhaps help you guys is do not drink coffee after 2pm, about 8-10 hours to bedtime.
Matthew Walker seems more strict. He recommends about 10 or 12 hours to bedtime (I don't remember much)
Caffeine
After looking throughwatching a YoutTube video called "3 dDays of pPain" by Huberman.,
We wouldn't use "looking through" for a video to mean watching it. An exception might be that you have already previously seen this video, and you were returning to it and skipping through many sections to specifically search for certain parts in particular, to re-find something specific. In this sense, "looking through" is like searching through something you have already seen. E.g., "I was looking through your video to find the part where you dropped your ice cream." Note, if you just mean re-watching the entire video, "looking through" does not work.
I was about to remember it again, to use caffeine to boost my energy and prevent to get dump ofgetting too fatigued from lacking of sleep like a few days previous.
Typically you don't need "again" with "remember," as the "re" (repeated action) is built into the word, same as with "recall."
"To get dump" doesn't mean anything here; I took a guess that maybe it's to mean getting tired.
You can say "lacking sleep" or "lack of sleep"
So I gowent to a vending machine, ordered an iced matcha latte, no sugar, takeook a sip, strolled through the street, then coame back home.
It would be possible to tell this story in the present tense as you did here, but since each previous line is in the past tense, we have to keep past tense.
It doid boost my energy,; I was no longer feeling miserable or exhausted.
