New door lock and sink.
Hi again. Now I will tell how I spend today. Today I with my wife went to work by car. She go to work only on Wednesday, and other days work remote. Saturday and Sunday are her weekend, like me. Now it's summer and a lot of students have summer vacations, so the traffic was light. At work I finished my resume and publish it. I have responded to several vacancies and now I have one hr interview for tomorrow. At the end of the day, there are traffic jams formed, and we went home separately. Near my home I visit the pick-up point of online shop and get my purchases - the new sink to the bathroom and the electronic lock. We decided to buy this lock, because recently we got a dog, and it gets nervous when it hears the sound of keys. At home I installed the lock to my door. I configured and tested it, and taught my wife how to use it. I hope it will solve the dogs nervous problem. I couldn't install the sink, because it is different from old sink and I need to drill a new hole in the countertop, but now it's to late to make loud, I'll do it on the weekend. Besides it, I'm feel really tired, because last week I wend to bed late.

The meaning is not clear to me. You have a one hour interview? Like the length of time? or it's and interview for an HR position?

"nervous problem" does not sound natural. Problem by itself could work, but issue just seems like a better word choice to me. That's more personal preference though.
