An exciting meeting
On Sunday, i had a meeting in my home with my wife's friends. After a delicious lunch and long talks, i offer them many board games of my collection to start a new game. The chosen one was "Survive The Island", a competitive game with a lot of needle for 2 to 5 players which consists of manage to save how many treasure hunters as you can of an expedition on an island in where a volcano erupted and the island started sinking. To save the hunters, you need to take them by foot, swimming and/or on raft to mainland in the cornes of the board, evading monsters that your opponents will control to make things harder for you, at the same time you control them too for stop them. Wins the player that at the end of the game have saved the greatest amount of treasures (each hunter has a different amount of treasures with them). It was a very exciting game.
El domingo tuve una juntada en mi casa con los amigos de mi mujer. Después de un rico almuerzo y largas charlas, les ofrecí varios juegos de mesa de mi colección para iniciar una partida. El elegido fué "Survive The Island", un juego competitivo con mucha pica de 2 a 5 jugadores que consiste en lograr salvar a la mayor cantidad de cazadores de tesoros de una expedición en una isla en la que de repente ha entrado en erupción un volcán y la isla comienza a hundirse. Para salvar a los cazadores, hay que llevarlos a pie, a nado y/o en balsa hasta tierra firme en las esquinas del tablero, evadiendo monstruos que controlarán tus oponentes para complicarte la tarea, a la vez que tú también los controlas a ellos para frenar a los demás. Gana el jugador que al final de la partida haya salvado la mayor cantidad de tesoros (cada cazador tiene un número distinto de tesoros consigo). Fué una partida muy emocionante.
