Actually, it's not really tuna pie but obviously, I couldn't translate the french name more accuratly. We call it "quiche" and you can add what you want, tuna or anything else. It's a simple dough and then you add eggs and cream and/or milk and of course cheese. You can make it with tuna, vegetables, pork... Anything. My favorite are the tuna and the leeks ones. It's and easy and quick meal (except for the baking).
