Breast Hyperplasia (2) - Why Celery is Culprit

In this entry, I will be practicing two new medical terms "estrogen" and "apigenin".

My father-in-law had planted a few celeries in the yard of my house; because they were all organic and without any chemical fertilizer, so I eat them all raw without any boiled or fried. In the beginning, I felt my excretory system improved a lot which made me happy and decided to continue eating more raw celery. Not every day, but at least two or three days, I kept on this for a month.

In fact, I have heard that too much celery is not good for men but I don't know the reason until I felt pain in my nipples and even slightly grown up.

There is some apigenin in celery that can stimulate the production of estrogen, which is good for women; in the contrast, it's not good for men. The apigenin will be generally most effective when eaten raw.

I finally realized that celery was the culprit for breast hyperplasia, I didn't take any pills which the doctor gave to me but immediately stop eating celery. I recovered after two weeks.

From my embarrassed experience, I strongly suggest women eat more raw celery, especially older ladies and adolescent girls.

Breast Hyperplasia (2) - Why Celery is Culprit

In this entry, I will be practicing two new medical terms "estrogen" and "apigenin".

My father-in-law had planted a few celeriey plants in the yard of my house; because they were all organic and without any chemical fertilizer, so I eate them all raw without any boileding or friedying them.

1. For some reason, in English "celery" is an uncountable noun!
2. In Chinese, you can say "因为X,所以Y" but in English you can only use "because" *or* "therefore/so" ("Because X, Y" or "X, so Y"), not both. This is one of the most common errors when using English for people whose mother tongue is Chinese, so if you avoid it it's a big step towards sounding more natural in English : )
3. Since you used "had planted", I think "eat" should be in the past tense.

In the beginning, I felt my excretory systemdigestion had improved a lot which made me happy and, so I decided to continue eating more raw celery.

"Excretory system" isn't necessarily wrong, but it's a little bit direct! We can use "digestion" in a similar way, and it's more polite.

NoI didn't eat it every day, but at least every two or three days,. I kept on this up for a month.

In fact, I have heard that too much celery is not good for men but I doidn't know the reason until I felt pain in my nipples and even slightly grown upfound that they had grown slightly.

By "grown up" do you mean that the breast tissue had increased in mass/size?

There is someCelery contains apigenin in celery that, which can stimulate the production of estrogen, which is good for women; in theby contrast, it's not good for men.

"There is apigenin in celery" would aslo be correct, but "celery contains apigenin" sounds more formal.

The apigenin will be generally most effective when the celery is eaten raw.

I finally realized that celery was the culprit for my breast hyperplasia, I didn't take any pills which the doctor gave to mefrom a doctor, but immediately stopped eating celery.

From my embarrasseding experience, I strongly suggest that women eat more raw celery, especially older ladies and adolescent girls.

"Embarrassed“ is used to describe people who feel embarrassed ("I was embarrassed because..."). "Embarrassing" is used to describe situations/things that make people embarrassed ("an embarrassing experience", "an embarrassing letter", etc.)
