I bought a second hand office chair from a local Facebook group, which was mainly for students from the university near my place to buy and sell stuffs.
The chair costed me 250 NT dollars which was equal to only 10 USD or so.
The downside was that I had to bring it back to my apartment by myself from the place where the stutdent and I met. On the top of that, the wheels were stuck with a chunk of gross hairs and just barely spun. It took me an hour to remove the hairs and relubricate to make the wheels back in business.
In retrospect, when it came to what I paid and got, the chair was a fixer-upper.
